[Ban Appeal]

Reason : Banned for texture pack modification xray

Counter Reason : I have realized the serious situation this has caused myself to get into and never have I intended nor I do not user any 'mods' or anything to give a self advantage over other players in game.

I did not intend any harm or succession over others and I only use this texture pack for building and single player use.

I am a builder and I'm known for it, I rarely go mining and did today because I was asked to join players on the teamspeak server ip, all of my chests in my set home are more than welcome to be checked for 'mass amounts of diamonds' for example.

I have never wanted to break any rules, just play and build and help other users, my donations towards the server prove my partaking and dedication and would never wish to have it destroyed for my own stupidity.

I do not like the stone texture when building, therefore added a simple see through texture to give my advantage for basically viewing blocks behind/next to and what is facing it, it also allows me to see inside the structure without constantly having to go inside all the time to have it match the exterior.

I was asked to join @idkhowtoplay with mining, so I teleported to a random location in the mining world and asked for a tpa request. I took a screenshot of my inventory before I teleported to him in case of another event (tpa abuse and killed).
I did not want to loose my pickaxe if the user done what has already happened to me previously.

It is rare for me to go mining, please check via logblock ( to check for example - mining diamond activity - lapis and other expensive blocks) and see for yourself in my records - previously, most diamonds where mined because of @idkhowtoplay used an eff 7 pickaxe to locate them but left them for me to mine which can be confirmed.

This is an xray event because of the location and timing but nothing was intended.

I cannot express how badly I feel for being banned, I've met some amazing people on this server. I wish to be apart of it, even if it means removing all of my features as punishment. I'd rather be a part of this server with nothing, than not part of it at all.

Words cannot define how sorry I am for my actions and I hope you give me the chance to redeem myself.

Section 6 - Hacking, Exploits and Unfair Play
Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

• Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
• Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
• Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
• Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

To all players and administrative staff, I am sorry for what I have done. I broke the rules and I know the exact quick response and nature to what I done. This will not happen again, I give you my word on that.
