They didnt say anything about making comments with noise, so that means they arent keeping their promise neither, i dont see comments as talking. I think the mods didnt keep their promise. You constantly tried to talk over others, making it impossible for anyone in the same channel as you to hold a conversation. Prior to tonight, you tried trolling 5-6 mods and supermods on vent, asking the same question, but wording it differently each time. I see no reason in un-banning you from vent, as you are only using it as a way to troll/annoy anyone that is on at the time you are on.
