Minecraft Username: surferkev Reason: scamming Counter-Reason: What i did was stupid i was trying to make up for it by returning the nstars only to find out I am ban. The server was down last night when i wanted to return the nstars and today when i tried to do it they told me they would be on at about 4:30 my time and 2 hours after that I had to go and when i come back to return them i'm ban. Even if this is handled right now I will not be getting on as I will not be able to be on a computer again until tomorrow and can return the nstars, presuming i am unban. I agree he did something really stupid an unforgivable, he should still be temp banned, i just want my 54 stars back so i can pay off my debt tomorrow, please unban him right now then ban him after he gives my n stars so i can pay my debt i promised to my friends
Thank you for appealing. What you did was not stupid. It was straight up deceptive and fraudulent. Although the server was down for a bit, I gave you ample amounts of time to correct your mistake and you failed to do so. We do not tolerate scamming here and upon reviewing your history I see that this is not your first scamming offence. You need to realize that this only hurts others and yourself. People work hard for what they have and should not be treated like this when trying to help you out. I will be issuing you a three day temp ban for this, and once this temp ban is lifted you are required to pay @CaptinCupcake11 $44250 which is the remaining amount from the deal you made with him.
