Minecraft Username: surferkev Reason: donation scamming Counter-Reason: I scammed @Nyancats33 because I needed money and it was a quick way to recoup my lotto losses but it was a stupid mistake. Also I should not have lied to the staff members. I want to apoligize to @Nyancats33 and @Dewsy92 specifically. I would like to be unban so i can pay back the money I scammed and have the means to get enought to pay you back. I've learned lying only make the situation worse and if i am able to return i will strive to be a better member of the community. Thank you for appealing. I really hope that this has been a lesson to you that if you scam you will get caught. I'm quite disappointed in the fact that you gave false information and lied quite a bit to staff members and nyan about this whole situation for days. You should understand that there are real people behind these users on ecc who work very hard to earn money. To take this money and make promises to repay them without doing so only hurts these people in the community. I'm quite hesitant to accept this appeal after all of run around you caused during this, but I will give you a chance to redeem yourself. I will issue you a three day temp-ban for this and during this time I would like you to go over our rules again so that I know you completely understand them. I would also like you to think of ways on how you will be able to successfully repay this user the money you owe. I see that you owe @Nyancats33 $150k so I will give you two weeks once your temp-ban is lifted to get this paid off in full. This will bring your due date to May 23rd, 2014. If you fail to pay this debt off withing the given time frame then nyan will have the right to file another complaint which will result in further actions taken.
