Minecraft Username: _kiwi_cat_ Reason: I was banned for two reasons; Item Scamming and Greifing. Counter-Reason: This was not completely all my fault. The item scamming wasn't exactly my fault, but I will say I was not responsible when getting an erep. I was erep scammed and I talked to JammersDunn4 about it and he understands. But I am in some debt for it, and as I said in my last denied appeal that I discussed with him in a private conversation in the forums about my debt. But my other reason was more on my hand. I greifed Kevin24068's town (IronValley I believe) Because I was upset with him for erep scamming me. I poured lava in the streets, but it did no damage. I realised after I did it I was kind of immature, so I said sorry and helped clean it up a little. But I was still very upset. Soon later Kevin wrote a complaint about me. I'm going to be honest; he didn't really care, he just wanted to get away with everything by getting me banned :/ I even talked to him in a Skype chat he admitted everything -_- But I can't really do anything about it, so I'm just going to appeal and hope I am forgiven for my mistakes. Thank you for appealing. As I'm sure you are aware, griefing done with the pyro feature puts you at great risk of losing that feature. It was discussed and you are allowed to keep the feature this time, but if this happens again you will lose your feature. You should know better than to grief others like this. The best thing to do during those times where you that upset is to log off for a bit and cool down. Its not worth getting into trouble. As for the sword, I understand that there are cases in which it is not directly the borrowers fault that the sword wasn't returned, but you are still responsible for compensation due to the lack of proof for your argument. This is one reason why we overly stress taking screenshots of any trades and transactions. This includes e-reps. I see that you owe @JammersDunn4 $550k for the sword. I will give you 6 weeks to pay this off starting the day that your temp-ban is lifted. I was originally going to give you a three day temp for this, but due to technical difficulties which caused the server to be down for two days, I will be issuing you a one day temp-ban.
