Minecraft Username: TomKellyCreeper Reason: Harrassment/accusations Counter Reason: There is no excuse for my behaviour , I repeatedly harassed illumiscend despite multiple staff warnings. I accused him of being the alt of a perma banned player, who used to play lotto in the same way as him and who used to buy ecd from the server, either via donation selling, or just donating straight for ecd. My actions were disgusting and I am truly sorry for any and all distress I have caused. The last two weeks have been an eye opener. I can't undo what I said, that will survive in screenshots and logs etc, but if I'm unbanned, I'll have to change the way I act on ecc, (text chat is too easy, for myself personally to say hurtful things without thinking about the impact it will have to the other human being on the other end) or just wind up serving another ban or maybe even end up perma banned...which is something I never want to have to think about. Evidence: screenshots, logs, staff recounts, evidence is lying everywhere Thank you for taking the time to read this appeal. ps I am also aware of the DevotedToChrist situation and can pay the 185k within a day or so

Ban Appeals are lowest priority for staff, and since your appeal deals with scamming only GA+ will be handling it. Please just wait patiently however long it takes. Thank you for appealing. I hope you have learned your lesson and will think before accusing others falsely like that again. As you have served your time for the harrassment/accusations I will be focusing this mainly on the debt you owe @DevotedToChrist. Now, I see that you owe a total of 185k to Devoted which was due after your ban. Because the due date was after your ban I will not be considering this as scamming at this point. I do want you to understand though that when you have a debt due it might be in your best interest to avoid getting yourself into situation that may prevent you from paying back on time such as this case. I will give you a chance to pay back these loans, and I suggest you do what you can to pay this back within the allotted time or it will be considered scamming if another complaint is filed against you for this. You will have two weeks to pay off this loan. That puts the due date at the end of April 26th, 2014. Unbanned/loan due April 26th, 2014
