Hello, As you know griefing is against the rules, regardless of who does it. Remember, that your account is your responsibility, even if it was your brother. Please be aware of this when you rejoin the server. Also, before you rejoin, please reread the server rules, especially the rules you have broken, which will be found down below; maybe a good idea to have your brother read them as well.
