    Minecraft Username: FPS Peter

Reason: I was banned because i griefed and i admit it. They asked me if i stole dirt off their land which i could have replaced if asked so i said no, i did not steal dirt. I do admit though that i did steal sand. But i was on the phone when this was happening with my friend who was in the game, and domzz1993 said "if he would have told the truth he wouldn't have gotten banned" so by the time i got on my computer i was already banned and i didn't get to tell them the truth which i do admit.

Counter Reason: They are also charging my friend who split the money with me to buy the house my half. Which i find unfair. The house is already paid for and they could possibly just trying to get a bit of money from my friend.

Evidence: My friend "VkkStorm" was there when i took the sand and he know that i didn't take any dirt. Im not going to lye but maybe i broke a block or two of dirt when i was taking sand but, i didn't think that was such a big deal to get banned on and, if they asked i would have gladly helped put the sand and if so dirt back.
    Thank you, FPS Peter

Username fixed on the forum to match in game username. That being said, please file a new appeal without a poll. Polls are not appropriate for ban appeals.
