Minecraft Username: Crebtheirken Reason: Moderate grief in Tamriel (Didn't replant farm) Counter-Reason: The server reset late at night (for resetting super bowl sg event) and I went directly to bed afterwards now wanting to wait for it to reopen. The next day after getting home from work I immediately when to play with my friends on sg, Not replanting the potatos. When I came back to replant the mayor of the town told me to leave and I did without question. I am very sorry for putting off replanting the farms, and I will do whatever is needed to fix them (if they are not already fixed) and comply with any other reasonable terms. Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban. You were indeed banned for moderately griefing a farm in one of our regions by not replanting the crops. Griefing on our server is a very serious offense and needs to be enforced, our rule on griefing gives a better outline of our enforcement of it: As you can see, when users pay money to have their land protected in regions, they are entitled to protection of their region that the Staff team gives them. In you ban appeal, your reason for not complying to our rules (which you agreed to in your Resident application) was because of frequent server restarts. Quite frankly, there is never an excuse or reason to break server rules, even when the server is not online. I ask of you to do a better job to stay committed to tasks, so you don't end up like this again, and to also never put yourself in a situation where you are relying on the server being up as it may not always be. Seeing that this is your first ban, and that you are resident, I will be issuing you a 3 hour temp-ban. During this time, I wish for you to re-read our server rules and familiarize yourself with them so you can avoid being banned again.
