    Reason: Minor grief

Counter-Reason: I was pretty sure I was mining outside their sign posts as they were trying at one point to claim the same area I was granted. I think they then moved the sign posts into the area that I mined after I was granted the previous area. They then got mad and started telling me they already got one person banned and they were going to get me banned too, and then actually came over into my area and even told me to stop building in my area cause I was trolling them. If I mined in their area AFTER their posts we put up I'm sorry, but I was pretty sure I was mining in a free area at the time. I didn't even mine that much, less than a stack of sand block.

Evidence: I have none, maybe I can hire an investigator to check time when signs were posted and times that mined? Dunno how that feature works.

I do have screenshots of them threatening to ban me and telling me to stop building in my area, but that's kind of irrelevant to this ban appeal.

    Hello Kalagaraz,

I am glad you wish to rejoin, I would like to point out a few things however... I was the mod to handle the grief report and I checked the times between the town application and the grief, and you griefed almost 20 minutes after the town was applied for. I will be unbanning you at this time, however I want you to make sure you are more careful about situations like this in the future.

    Locked, user unbanned.
