Minecraft Username: Bernabeast Reason: Not really sure why I was banned, went on vacation and came back said i was banned for advertising...? Counter-Reason: I never did that. Played on the server all the time and was something to look forward to when I came home some nights from work. Evidence: Reason, well..., it seems that your system isn't able to find when I was banned, and frankly if you cared about your player's experience, then you wouldn't have a problem unbanning me and monitoring my account, unless, that is, you don't care that much. Hello, First of all it is not a competency issue. The fact is we have a protocol that anyone who is not on /seen and their ban reason is not one the forums cannot be unbanned. The reason for this is that we do not unban people who x-ray and without knowing your ban reason for certain we don't know if thats what you did. Our protocol was made by Andrewkm himself. If you want to appeal to Andrew regarding this issue or feel that you need to file a complaint against staff for being incompetent you can do so in a forum PM directly to Andrewkm. In order to do this please click in the top right hand corner 'inbox' then 'start a conversation.' Following type 'Andrewkm' into the participants section.
