Hello xXMcRangeXx and thank you for appealing your ban! Advertising on EcoCity is a very big deal, even via PM. Once you applied for resident and mayor, you agreed that you had read the rules. In the rules it clearly states that you will not advertise other servers, even in PM. Let this be a lesson to you, that if you advertise, even in PM, we will catch you, and you will be banned. Seeing as you have been offline over a month, I will unban you. See that this doesn't happen again. Unbanned. Locked.
