b]Minecraft Username[/b]: kconahan Reason: i have been banned for dual accounting (zalbercook), loan scamming, and melon sword payment plan scamming Counter-Reason: well, first off i would like to appologize to the ecc community. i have let u down tremendously. in the past couple weeks i have been having personal issues and long story short i blaimed it all on ecc. i scammed the public millions of dollars and went on my dual account and lottoed it all away. further more, i want to appologize to the staff team asspecially unknown. what i said was wrong and you dont deserve a word of it. i have truly let people down and i wish to make up for it by getting unbanned and repaying all my debts. ill be honest, i dont remember who i scammed, as it was pretty much everybody. if the staff feels i deserve to be unbanned please feel free to pm me and i will make it my dutie to pay you back. i think my total debt is going to come out to around 2 million ecd and i ask 2 months to repay it. if i am unbanned i will farm, sell donation features, and what ever else it takes to pay everyone back. again, i am truly sorry, i have been banned for a few weeks now and i have thought about what ive done and feel ashamed. ik most of you wont forgive me, and i understand. i just ask for the chance to repay everyone. no1 deserves what i did to you guys. thank you for reading. Fist of all, mods this is relevant to kconahan's ban reason: I gave kconahan a loan of 250k to give to someone to help them pay for a melon sword. I suppose this is kconahan's "dual account", but kconahan spoke of this account as though it was another person. I would just like to say this, and hope for the right choice to be made on whether or not to unban kconahan

kconahan We had a contracted loan agreement; I lent you 200k ECD and the agreement was a payback of 275k, which was due yesterday. i am an open book. as i said at the time i took that loan from you it was my intention to scam you and many others. i was going through some tough stuff but it was no reason to scam anyone and i am very sorry. i will be repaying you in full with interest.

Since everyone else is posting their loan on here, I'll go ahead and do the same. I loaned you 100k expecting 160k back. I'll file a complaint so its easier for the staff to keep track of. I guess I'll throw my contract in here too. kconahan agreed to buy me 2 $10 gift cards on December 31st for 45k each, which I paid him in advance. I can file a formal complaint as well if it would be easier to track. I would like him to follow through with that agreement immediately upon his return. Honestly kcon, if you're trying to do the right thing, you should live up to your end of the bargain whether or not you're unbanned. In my opinion, that would show integrity and would give credit to your desire to set things right.
