I often go here and do /near and find people at spawners. I then break the spawner in order to help the xp market. And sure I left a little lava after doing this today. I don't know what the person told you clou but i never placed lava anywhere near where this user could have been harmed by it and it was not intended to kill him what so ever. I am sorry for the misunderstanding. He did not die and he was not supposed to. If he did die and I am not aware of this I will gladly give him back every thing he had and more. Thanks for appealing. I was one of the staff who investigated this area and there was lava everywhere. From what you have stated in your appeal you do /near to find people at spawners which tells me that you knew someone was in there. With this amount of lava I find it extremely hard to believe that this was not intended to kill this user. Yes there was a high amount of lava at this location. This lava was placed after the user had left the area. It was not meant to kill him what so ever. I was not aware that you were not aloud to place the lava even once the user had left since he was recently there. As i already said, this was not meant to kill him in any way and I am sorry the misunderstanding. I know now to not do this and i will be sure to apologize to this user in game. Physicistsmom
Thank you for appealing your ban VTFAN8. As I'm sure you know, attempting to kill users in a non-pvp area with the pyro donation as well as any donation is strictly prohibited. After talking with a few other mods, we have come to the conclusion that while you may not have meant to put the user in harms way, you completely ignored the safety of the other user and thus almost had him killed. Those who are in possession of the pyro donation should take full responsibility and care of when and where they place lava so that other users are not put in harms way. I will be issuing you a 1 day temp-ban for you to think over your actions. During this time, I would recommend reading up on the rules for the pyro donation and reflect on what you can do to improve. Remember, you are to not put other users in danger through pyro by placing lava crazily, you must be careful. Temp-banned 1 day. Locked.
