Minecraft Username: goblizz Reason: Scamming lolelf123 via false auction Counter-Reason: I have been unjustly banned because I was not attempting to scam lolelf123. I was in the wild land areas and found the coordinates to two spawners. Believing I could make money, I sold the Coordinates to two spawners. lolelf123 paid $2k for the two, and I sent them to him via chat. However, he stated to a moderator that the coordinates were "in-existent" and he could not go to them. I did not scam and never ever try to. Chat logs show business amongst all transactions with me and others has go normally. Evidence: According to Clause 2 of Section 3 of the EcoCityCraft Rulebook: A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Continuation of first post There are no rules regarding the wild land other than there is a posibility of annexation by aspirin mayors. there says nothing about using spawners outside the mining world. I did not scam under rules as shown through lolelf's screenshots, as shown here. http://imgur.com/a/THS73 Lolelf's evidence is also ambiguous. There are no screenshots posted after 30 seconds of recieveing the first set of the two coordinates. There is no proof he actually went to the spawners. He says he cited clou44, but all he had was a twitter handle. Notes: PLEASE UNBAN ME! This is my first fault ever. I love the server and play it with my best friend. It is a great time killer. I will do whatever is necessary to resolve my issue with lolelf and continue to be an avid user. I am deeply sorry for the actions I took to do this and will clarify everything in the future so it will be better. GUARANTEED PROMISE!

Hello, I am sorry you were banned for this. After looking into the complaint, I have determined that there was no agreement on where the spawner would be. I have found a spawner at the cords provided in the main world. Further, there is no evidence provided of what occurred in the auction. In the future, I would suggest always specifying where the spawner is located i.e.: Mainworld, Mining world, nether etc. Unbanned
