Username: mr_blue10000 Reason: Grifing a town named UpValleyHill 2 times. Counter-Reason: I was banned from grifing a town named UpValleyHill 2 times. The first time I Grifed a house, later about 5 weeks I was compromised and kicked out of the town. Sooner I was mad so I grifed some of the houses. The next day is when i discovered i was banned. Im sorry for grifing the town, I will respect other peoples property in a protected town, I have read the rules and looking forward to rejoining the server. I promise it wont happen again. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to file a ban appeal and try to re-join our server. Before I continue, I want to make sure you correctly understand the crimes you committed. You were indeed banned for "Major grief in UpValley." This is a serious crime on our server as outlined by our server rule regarding it: As you can see, town owners are entitled to the protection from griefers that the SuperMods find and hand out consequences to. Seeing as your grief has been classified as "Major" increases your consequences. Grief is ranked on a scale of Minor-Moderate-Major. Major being widespread damage with valuable blocks, this is not acceptable at all on our server. Luckily, for you, it was not enough to qualify for a rollback. Taking into account all of these factors, I will be issuing you for 12 hours seeing as you have already been offline for 2 days. During the remainder of your ban, I will ask you to catch up on all of the server rules and re-read the ones that you specifically broke, here is the link.
