Zecrux Reason: "scamming (storage wars) Mutiple users" Counter Reason: 1: In storage wars you get what you get and you dont get upset... 2: In storage wars, even if theres nothing in a locker, it doesnt matter, because thats sometimes what happens. My storage wars was based on the show. Some lockers had nothing in them... The users got mad, and brought voiD_yO to talk to me. Right has he got there by tp from a player, i handed out some cobble stone to everyone that participated in storage wars. Void said that because there was nothing in the lockers, either could repay the users that bought lockers, or i would be banned. Void started acting very immature and childish and was letting anger take ahold of him. I told him that i can't get banned for storage wars, because thats what happens in the show. Additionally i handed out cobblestone to the users too. Some of them ran away from it though, and did not pick it up... That is their fault. The users lied and said they never saw me attempt to give them cobblestone, because if they didnt see me, then i would have to give them a refund... I did hand out cobblestone. I told void this, he checked their inventories, and 2 of them never got any (because they ran away). I then wanted another mods opinion because void was acting like a lunatic, so i talked to Joseph01234 the mod, and he said, that if i handed out cobblestone again, and made sure they got it, i would be off the hook no matter what. So i handed out cobblestone again! And void still said that it doesnt matter, and its too late... I was taking josephs opinion because he was in a calm mood, and wasnt taken over by rage like void was. Then void banned me and now I am here, even though joseph said i shouldnt be banned... ECC has some great mods... Don't they.... Evidence: I will see if i can upload some in the comments.
When you spoke to me, I stated that had their been anything in the chests, perhaps cobble, that the situation would be different, by just handing out cobble it did not justify what you did. When a user participates in a storage wars they expect a certain worth out of what they are buying, and giving them nothing is scamming. I'm going to leave this open for voiD_yO to review.
Hello Zecrux, I got called to the situation because victor said that you hosted storage wars and sold lockers and not one person got anything at all from the lockers themselves. You said that in the show some lockers don't have anything in, so it was fine. The show does not relate exactly to ECC, neither do most events in the real. Things you can get away with in real life, will not be tolerate in ECC; a video game doesn't have the same rules as real life. So, you sold lockers that contained nothing at all in them and bidded up lockers that you claimed had items in, when in fact they didn't. So in effect, you said you were selling something, got paid and gave the user nothing. Under this circumstance, you have scammed the users. I wasn't mad at all, I was explaining to you what you have done was wrong and I gave you time upon time to repay the users money that you scammed. I told you the rules of the server and gave you two options and evidently you took the option not to repay them while we are here. You may have interpreted it as 'mad' as I wasn't beating around the bush, I wasn't accepting any nonsense. This situation was discussed in staff chat and the information that Joseph told you must have been interpreted wrong. We even discussed it together as you certain I was wrong and that I don not know the rules of the server. We said that if you had put something, even a piece of dirt in the lockers, it would be fine as you hadn't stated what was in the lockers, but you cannot simply give nothing for a locker. If you were unclear of the rules, you should of asked a staff member to clarify. After this, you claimed that you gave each person one piece of cobblestone in the chests so I investigated this using Log Block and the results showed that you merely created and destroyed the chest. Then you said, 'I thre it out to them after'. This is not acceptable and does not count for having items in the chest. So I asked the users if they received anything at all from the chests and everyone denied it. Whilst you are banned I would like you to refresh yourself of the rules that we have on this server; specifically the rule I am about to quote. You did not fulfill your part of giving them the advertised goods. I will not be unbanning you until you realise what you have done is wrong and once you have realised that, please feel free to file a new appeal. Appeal Denied
