Username: Killingxbeast Reason: Griefing (any level/amount of griefing is an offence that is not tolerated) My statement: Hello after 2 months of taking into consideration my offence I would like to fully apologize for breaking this rule and I now truly understand that: This rule is in section 2 of the rules: The Wild is not secured. It is an uncontrollable world and grief does occur. It is not punishable if grief occurs in the wild. Griefing Towns/Nations which have a security application already placed in queue on the forum is punishable, and can result in a ban + a rollback of all your actions. Griefing within Towns/Nations is not allowed under any circumstances. Towns/Nations and Mayors/Presidents/Members may file grief reports if grief is found, and the users who griefed will be banned + rolled back immediately upon major grief. The only exception to this is if a Mayor specifically makes a survival town where he allows grief and has no rules regarding it. Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) When a grief report is filed, grief is deemed mild/moderate/major based on the damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. I believe that I did go out of my designated building area and for that I am truly sorry. I was unaware that I was not supposed to harvest crops from my neighbours even though some of then said yes (this is still my fault), but now I know to never attempt to modify anything in which I have not received direct clear approval for unless I am in the wild. Even though this is my first offence I know just how serious these things are taken and I should be truly grateful for the security on eco city craft because I know that it protects my structures from griefers as well. I would very much enjoy to have the chance to come back to the only true economy server and experience all that it has. I believe I have learned my lesson and I will NOT grief again. I waited a while just to show that this ban changed the way I participate in servers like this for the better and I do NOT think that griefing is a joke. Thank you for looking over this appeal.
Hello. I am pleased to see that you want to appeal your ban, before we get to you ban I would like to raise the reason you were banned in the first place. I can see that you have already given the rules that you have broken and I am pleased to see that you show remorse for your actions. i can see that you do understand that what you have done is wrong and causes so much heart ache for alot of people especially the people you grief from. Towns have rules so that everyone know what they are allowed and not allowed to do, they are there for a reason and not to be broken. I see that you ban was over 2 months ago, i hope you have taken this time to think about your actions and the consequences of your griefing. To this extent I am going to impose a 1 day temp ban. Once this ban is over you a free to join to server. Please keep in mind that griefing is not tolerated on this server and I do not want to see your name in a ban appeal again.
