reason: i was banned because of the following rules: #1 Donators who have the water and pyro features are not allowed to grief with those items under any circumstances. This includes attempts to kill people with these perks in non-PvP areas. If caught you will immediately have those features removed from you and will face punishment on our server. This includes a rollback of your actions including a possible ban.

counter reason i am very sorry to the people i killed and also the mods i love this server but i was banned i understand now that what i did was wrong

i am please that you want to appeal your ban. I can see you have found the rule that you have broken. I want you to fully understand how serious this is. You do not under any circumstances use your donation features to kill players in a non pvp area. As it states they can be taken away from you with out a refund of cost.

As this is your first offence I will not be requesting your donation feature be removed from yourself, but this does not mean that you will get away with what you have done. I do hope that you fully understand what you have done. I know you have quoted the rule above but I suggest that you read the rules over and fully understand them.

If i see this happening again then further action will be taken.

Felon temp banned for 3 day for misuse of a donation feature killing players in a non pvp area
