Minecraft Username: Hans_08 Reason: advertising Counter-Reason: I lost lotto and I was mad , I was told id get rewarded if I did advertise but I didnt I deeply aplogise and have just spent the past couple minutes reading all the rules upon doing that a found the rule I broke Clause I.iii: Advertising There is to be absolutely no advertising in our chat system for any kind of external product, different Minecraft server, or anything else similar to those. Except for explicitly mentioning a different Minecraft server, mentioning things such as external products is permitted. Any advertisement that is allowed on the server in any form (including, but not limited to, in-game related items/trades/store advertisements or personal livestreams that are completely ECC related) must go into our Trade Channel and follow our 3-5 minute rule on repeating. Hello again I am glad to see you wish to appeal your ban and rejoin our server. Before I let you back, I want to make sure that we are on the same page as to what rules you have violated. I thank you for copying in the correct rule. I will copy it in again below: ECC works very hard and spends a good deal of money advertising our server to get people here and users advertising other servers are severely punished as it works against our cause. While I understand you may have been mad that you lost lotto, there is NEVER any reason to break any rules. If you are mad at something in the future, I suggest you take a little break to cool off and return to the serve later without having to do these things. Seeing as this is your first offence, I will be issuing you a 1 hour temp-ban to ensure that you have re-read the rules and have given you sufficient time to cool off. I hope that when you come back you will understand the expectation placed upon you as a player on this server and can help contribute to the positive atmosphere.
