Alright, so after reviewing over the evidence and consulting with another GameAdmin about this situation, we have come to the conclusion that Gaara_of_da_funk DOES NOT have to repay the 375k to iStomp_Kittens. For the grounds of their agreement specified that only if Gaara_of_the_funk had stolen the sword, which he didn't, would he have to give compensation for the lost Melon Sword. I was present at the recent time when this had occurred, and I can confirm that this sword was in fact lost to the effects of server lag/glitched item sprites. Now, while the repayment of cash for the loss of the sword does not have to be issued, I will be issuing a 1 day temporary ban, because we do, however, enforce the punishment of a user for a broken agreement. User Temp-banned for 1 day. $375,000 does not have to be returned. Locked.
