Hello, First and foremost, spamming and not listening to staff requests are completely unacceptable. If you were banned for spam this means you were asked multiple times to stop and kicked multiple times. This tells me you completely ignored a staff member, which is not acceptable, and continued spamming. It doesn't matter if you feel you need to sell something right this minute or not. Spamming does not ever make a situation better. This is not your first ban, nor the first time you have been instructed to read the server rules. You had to read the server rules to get resident and you were instructed to do so the last time you appealed a ban.
