Hello, A few things, first of all I need you to PM a GameAdmin and have your forum name changed to your ingame name. This can be done by going to the top right hand corner and clicking "Inbox" and then "Start A Conversation." This will pop a new window. There you should add Videowiz92 or UnknownRider or Skylexia (to name a few GameAdmins) to the participants section of the conversation. Then explain to them that you need your forum name changed from TheLinkedDoctor to Nerraw1999. Also, as an informative suggestion, I would advise you to put under counter reason the reason why you believe you should be unbanned despite breaking our rules.
