Instead of trying to find loopholes in the rules, you need to say you are sorry for what you have done and give us a reason to let you back on the server. Racist/Sexual slurs are never tolerated and are instant bans. No warnings, no kicks. Re-appeal with more effort, less excuses and a reason as to why you should be let back on the server.
