Reason: Grief in Farmzille Counter-Reason: Bobbysix is not his full name but complained that I griefed his farm. When in fact I did not. I bought access to farm in his town, above his farm there was a floating platform above the town that was his. This was an automatic farm and I farmed it knowing that I had no restrictions. I did not accept a board with rules and there were no signs saying I couldn't farm there. There were no signs or rules that I accepted that permitted me from going up there. Bobbysix then proceed to call me swear words and use profanity. In which I have screenshots. I was going to replant, he banned me from the town before I could, then proceed to say I griefed Evidence: Screenshots of the profanity and Bobbysix has screenshots as evidence of the conversation that we had because if he doesn't then that means he did not have Sufficient evidence to get me banned. This is very immature of a person and not right considering I have put numerous hours of effort into this game. This also does not make eco city craft look professional considering a person can falsely claimed that I griefed.
first off i show everyone the rules after they pay for perms and i do allow access to the wheat/carrot farm. but u didnt have access to the gates yet so u broke all the fences. i dont allow that. and u cleared the whole farm by breaking fences then i watched u tp away.so u obviously had no intention on replanting.i know for a fact you sold all the seeds/carrots so you couldnt have replanted.my friend concordeclass watched u break each fence and collect the wheat and carrots. and i was very angry and sometimes when im angry i cuss and i apoligise for that,
I don't accept your apology and btw you are not allowed to comment here. If they have questions they will ask you. First off I had intentions of putting everything back together, I couldn't of tp'ed I don't even have that ability, and you banned me from the town before I could redo. I did not know that I could not break fences, I had not accepted any rules or laws for your town. The only sign I have seen that has a rule on it was that if anything gets broken you need to fix, which I was going to. This sign is on the sugar cane farm. Finally, a farm set up like that is a automatic farm so yes breaking the fences would be how you would farm that area. Keep in mind there were no rules that I accepted to whether or not I could brake things and replace them and there were no rules telling me I could not go up there. Provide any screenshots of you telling me or me reading a board of rules.
How do you know that I sold ALL the items to replant please provide evidence and don't comment here this is my appeal. If the moderators have questions for you they will ask you. Pretty sure that is in the rules you accepted.

Technically I did not brake those rules until a supermod goes over the area. ALSO IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET BANNED WE NEED TO SEE EVIDENCE OF ME ACCEPTING THE TERMS TO HIS FARM AND THE RULES THAT COME WITH IT. i.e. NO BRAKING FENCES OR ANY OTHER BLOCK AND THAT FARMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED UP THERE.

I do not see bobbysix6 with any comment ratings. THIS IS AN APPEAL AND I AM POINTING OUT MY EVIDENCE AND COUNTER CLAIMS LIKE ANY OTHER COURT SYSTEM WOULD WORK.
Aporth, Buying a plot in a town gives you access to build/break blocks within it. It does not give you permission to grief or break in to places that are otherwise locked to you. Most towns, including my own, have rules regarding the public farms that if you harvest you must replant. The rules are posted in the town, and failure to read them is not an excuse for breaking them. Please appeal when you are ready to apologize for the damage done.
