Minecraft Username: Minabrine Reason: saying [Mod Edit] Counter-Reason: the chat was being a bit racist to british language so I raged on chat, sorry bout that mods. I usually don't curse in chat but i'm british and I was a bit offended by it all. Evidence: I don't think there is any need for Evidence.
Minabrine, I am glad you have decided to appeal your ban. The language that you displayed is never acceptable. Whether it be on EcoCityCraft or in real life situations. The word you used is thrown around too much and can be extremely hurtful to people. We have very young and diverse players here on EcoCity and we do not need to be teaching these users the hateful words which you chose to use. While I understand that you were defending your country, and that is very admirable, that kind of language is not necessary even when trying to prove a point. That being said, I want you to read over our rules that I will link to you below. Also, the rule you broke will be listed. Seeing as this is your first offense I will leave this unlocked for Supermod+ to review. Thank you. Link to Server Rules: http://ecocitycraft.com/wiki/index.php?title=Server_Rules Rule you have broken: Clause II: Vulgarity and Inappropriate Subjects All chat must be kept PG and clean - lots of our users are very young. There is to be no discussion of anything deemed inappropriate for a workplace, including but not limited to, sexuality, excessive violence and dark humour. In addition, there is to be no discussion regarding anything deemed illegal or inappropriate, which includes, but is not limited to, drugs and narcotics. We do not tolerate any racist or hateful slurs at all. We absolutely do not tolerate inappropriate chat, and you can be severely punished if it happens. This includes anything put on signs in gameplay; and goes for all of these rules. In addition, general swearing must be kept to an absolute minimum. Left unlocked for a Supermod+ Review
As you now understand, inappropriate / vulgar language is not allowed on ecc. I will be tempbanning you for 3 hours to think about what you've done, and to review the rules. Tempbanned 3 hours.
