Reason- Killing in the mining world Counter reason- In my defence I really had no idea killing in the mining world wasn't allowed. I was being really stupid and eager for more reasorces so I broke the block below TheLonelyBoss causing him to die but burn all his items. Later, I was mining and fell in a lava hole and lost mine, and ThelonelyBoss' resorses so if I am given another chance I will sadly not be able to give him his items back. Pls unbann me considering the fact that I was ignorant and didn't know it was not allowed. I will be apologizing to TheLonelyBoss and Clou44 because of my actions. Hello gmancy. You were banned because you broke a rule from Section 2, Clause IV which states: Not knowing about the rule is not an excuse for breaking it. Hello gmancy, I am glad that you want to appeal your ban and rejoin us here on EcoCityCraft but before you do there are a few things I want to say. The staff team tries its best to keep the server enjoyable for all users, no matter the reason why and getting killed in non-pvp is a way to ruins someone's fun, so users who do it are banned for it. Also, looking through your ban history, I see this is not your first offensive on this server, nor your first offensive at killing users. It seems you have not learned about why killing users is not allowed, and possibly think our server rules are a joke. As such, I think a nice temp-ban of thirty-six hours is needed to make sure you learn our rules, and not repeat these actions again. If you need to file another appeal on this server, you will face an even longer temp-ban, I would highly recommend you clean up your act and stop trying to get around the rules, as your chances are almost out. Now in the thirty-six hours you will be temp banned, I want you to read the rules that clou44 nicely quoted and linked for you, fully understand, and follow them upon being unbanned on the server.
