Minecraft Username: Graydrake94 Reason: I was banned for griefing LapTown. Counter-Reason: Over the past 2-3 months I've brought numerous friends onto the server to enjoy an economically based server where greifing isn't tolerated and is reprimanded with permanent banishment, but it seems like I was sadly mistaken. It seems like just over the past 3 weeks we've been greifed/stolen from by over 10 fellow players and hired out numerous investigators too search out these thieves with the justice they deserve-- for destroying something that has taken us dozens of hours to build and grow. The Mayor/Co-Mayors of the town did nothing but stand by and let this go unpunished. We have a list of fellow Minecrafters who were never punished for their illegal activates for stealing, greifing, cursing, and extorting people for money: Harmonmcdaddy Squirt03 Rainbowdonkey93 Cyberhero63 (Stealing plots from friends of mine) Owenwilliams Karli0929 Collinwilliams (Extorts greifers for money) Too be honest I was getting very frustrated with everything that was going in LapTown. Our plots were getting stolen by other players-- tearing down our signs with our ID's on them. People breaking into our Melon/Pumpkin/Wheat farms and completely destroying the stocks without reseeding. As much as I'm completely at fault and confessed my crimes to the town owner he realized how bad it was there. I've talked to my numerous friends who still are active players and they've found that the towns quality has increased 10 fold. I feel incredibly bad for what I've done because I did the exact thing I was setting out not to do but what I did had to be done. There was no dancing around it. Someone had to act and open everyone eyes. If its at all possible could I be let back on EcoCraft on some sort of probationary. I've enjoy this server too the max. Sincerely, Gray
Hello, I have a few things I would like to point out in my following response. First of all the grief report that was filed against you is: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/greif-report.49266/#post-230300 In this grief report, which I have gone back and looked over, you removed two statue heads and parts of people's houses. That is not considered minor grief at all. I recognize that you may have felt that this behavior is acceptable but according to the rule below it is not: I would also like to address the problem you seem to have had with other users. If you have an issue your mayor isn't addressing you can do one of two things. One, move out and find a different town that is better adapted to your desires. Or two, you can always file your own grief reports here or your own complaint here. Due to the amount of time you have been banned and the fact that you sound apologetic, I will be giving you only a day tempban considering the large amount of grief. I hope you realize that other people committing crimes is not an excuse to commit crimes yourself. Over the next day I hope you will read the rules located here.
