MC User- gmancy Reason- Accused of breaking blocks in bobtopia and drwonding a player in non PVP Counter Reason- In my defence I was banned for drownding a player in non PVP and I didnt do anything. The blocks that were broken so I could have "supposidly" drown a player were not broken for that reason. I had breaken those blocks because after GavinHayden died he went balistic because of his missing diamond tools. I found the items he had lost and gave them back after breaking some blocks to go underwater and find them. That is why my name showed in logbook. Gavinhayden then accused me of drowning him after sirseifried14 had givin him flase information. Gavin said I had stolen his items and was going to post a report. Proof- I have none but you can ask GavinHayden, he might tell the truth. Lately he has been trying to make it sound like I killed him. I would really like to be unbanned because this partially doesnt concern me. Pls talk to either cavemanb04 or gavinhayden about what had been going on at that time when Gavin died. Thank You!!!!
I do agree that gmancy did give back the some items. However He does not have any proof that he want to "find them", because I went to the spot i had died ASAP, because my home is set there. After arriving i saw no other blocks broken in the area, and then started to question as to had occurred, thinking i had glitched through the blocks. I did not want gmancy banned, because i my self did not know what had happened and he could be innocent. Sorry for the inconvenience
adding to the info: @sirseifried14 has no proof that he saw gmancy break the blocks. All he did was tell me and cavemanb04 that he broke saw gmancy break the blocks under me. He could be lieing
it started when gavinhayden said he had died underwater while AFK outside his plot, i went over and went underwater to find his stuff for him, but could not find anything. Gmancy then said he had his stuff and found it on the pathway outside gavinhaydens plot (this confused me). so i came to the conclusion that someone had broken the blocks beneath Gavinhayden and wrote a report to that affect. http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/grief-report.49384/ After a discussion with players in the area sirseifried14 admitted seeing gmancy break the path beneath gavinhayden. i then saw gmancy break the path and jump down looking for the items i presume, i proceeded to repair the hole gmancy made. this is all i know, i have nothing against gmancy, I just want to get to the truth. thank you for your time.
Hello gmancy, After looking into this quite extensively, and reviewing the location in question, I have come to the conclusion that you did indeed kill gavinhayden in a non-pvp location. The logblock at that location has you breaking a block, and then covering it up a minute later. After that, cavemanb04 broke the block, and recovered it after about eighteen minutes. While that would normally leave both of you up to questioning, all three of you seem to agree that caveman came after the alleged murder happened, which eliminates him from committing it, and that leaves only one other person on logblock. Since there had to be someone that broke the block to kill him, as players cannot just fall through blocks that they have been standing on for a while. While the evidence may be circumstantial, as no one saw anyone kill gavinhayden, everyone does agree that he did indeed die. After reading all the posts in this thread, and reviewing the logs in question (I teleported and rechecked the grief report) I will be up-holding revanrose6's ban, as I see enough evidence to tie you to the crime. If someone else did indeed kill him, I would love to see why no one else shows up on the logblock in that location. I hope in your next appeal, you either admit to the actions that you committed, or have an explination for why you are the first name on the log block, and the only one who does not have a solid excuse for being there, since caveman's reason of looking for the items is supported by you yourself, yet yours of going down to look for his items does not if there is no one else on the log block before, meaning that he should not have died. Appeal Denied. Edit: Upon further knowledge gained, I have learned that the blocks that caveman broke were because he was asked to break them for the original grief report. My stance of denying this appeal is what I am going to hold up, but wanted to add this knowledge for future use.
