Minecraft Username: Tdogg120 Reason: Remarks about retardation and general offensive behavior Counter-Reason: I know what i did was wrong, and in the heat of the moment, i was mad. I felt that i dont deserve to have to log on every day, to see Natedog criticizing me, and being nasty to me, from something that happened over a month ago. I was saying how herbalism is generally pointless, and natedog just said no, tdogg is lying, and kept repeating "tdogg120 breaks spawners even after you pay him not to so dont pay him ever." i have to deal with this type of behavior daily, and even though i ./ignore him, it just keeps going on. I finally just cracked. I am sorry for the mean remarks, and I apologize to anyone who had to see that. It just got me angry that this user can't stop criticising me, after numerous times asking him to stop. When i was unbanned after 2 weeks, i logged on, said hi, and the first thing i saw was, oh great, tdogg is back. And a rude remark following. I once again apologize, to everyone who had to see my remark in chat. In game, i was kicked shortly after, and the reason was to watch my language, and i stopped a few seconds after that. Harassment (gameplay and chat) is also very unwelcome and can get you punishment depending on the severity. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, bullying, any form of blackmail, and anything that falls under the rules for chat channels. Following players around in the wild, or wild griefing, whether observed live or not, is not harassment and is allowed. However, if the same actions are performed in a protected town, it is considered harassment, and remaining in such a protected area after being asked to leave is also forbidden. Regardless of whether in the wild or in a protected town, any excessive purposeful attempt to kill someone in a non-PvP area by any means, including with donation perks such as lava or water, is considered both harassment and trolling, and is completely punishable with a ban. Use your common sense while playing. No one likes users who make the gaming environment unpleasant to others. Be a good sport and a friendly community member. Those who violate this to a heavy extent will be warned several times - if it does not stop, a kick/ban may be put in place.
You seem to understand what you did wrong, but I'm not sure if you understand that repeated breaking of the rules will end up in longer and worse punishments. So I will ban you for 3 days, take this time to think about what you did wrong and what you need to do to prevent this from happening in the future. Tempbanned for 3days and locked.
