Minecraft Username: Arczethus Reason: I was accused to be of Sexual Harassment. It was a joke, of severe harshness, and I didn't clarify it fullfrontaly. I messaged Softly about it being a joke. Softly was also being slight immature so I though it was going to be okay. I just started play ECC and I have barely now read the rules. I am aware that my actions are not acceptable in this manner. I apologize to anyone who was offended in this childish act I occurred. I am very sorry. I really want to start playing on the ECC server again. Please forgive me. Firstly, the rules of a server are meant to be read prior to playing on it. secondly, whether or not it was a joke, i personally find this sort of humor uncalled for, ESPECIALLY in this type of game where there are a lot of minors. Yes there was a running joke going on, but know when its gone far enough, rather than carrying it to the wall. Lastly, in response to your thinking it would be ok. saying such things as explicitly as was done, is NEVER ok. leaving open for Smod decision.

First off, we try our best to maintain an environment that is fun for players of all ages, and what you said was way over the line. While it may have been said with the intention of a joke, jokes in text are much harder to tell than those that are said, and it was taken as harassment of a player. Now, you do seem sorry about the actions you took, and this is your first offense, so the staff team has decided it would be best if we issued you a three hour temp-ban to think about what you did wrong, and make sure you do not repeat it again on our server. I hope I don't see your name in this section again to appeal a ban, and your record does build up over time, and leads to more severe punishments, however this is your first offense, as I said before, and I will be reducing your ban to a three hour temp ban to give you time to read up on our server rules, found here.
