Minecraft Username: healy299 Reason: For donation scamming. Counter-Reason: 3 and a half months ago, I have done this. I have realized how much of an influence ECC had an effect on me after my ban had been taken place. I was blanked out and couldn't stop thinking of it. Kind of like when you are addicted to something and when you stop, you go crazy. I have even thought about buying another account (which I know is illegal) just because I wanted to play and enjoy this server once again like I did in my young years, but differently I will, IF I get the chance to play on this server again. I was very faggotty and wasn't thinking before I was acting. I promise if I get the chance to play on this delightful server again, I will respect the staff, the people that play and overall, the server as a whole. Evidence: szlky can confirm that he was with me on that day of the ban and can also confirm that I really would be ecstatic if I can join this server once again, respecting all and all to be respected.
I was at his house during the day of the ban, and I hereby confirm that he paid back the money to the users. Healy299 craved of getting back on the server every day. Please consider lifting the ban.
healy299 Getting unbanned would require you in some for repaying what you owe to the users that you scammed, quefueve and Vinh_Kin, would you be ok with this user getting unbanned if they were able to refund you the money you paid the user for the donations? That would make it 35,000 ecodollars to vinh_kin and $40,000 ecodollars to quefueve if they agree to accepting you repaying them in ecodollars instead of the donation that you promised. If I am incorrect with the amounts please tell me I was just going off past complaints.
Well your curent in game balance is not alot at all so it won't be a simple task of logging in and working for a little while and paying them back, you have alot of money to work up and return to the users if they agree, however I will not be able to unban you until bother users have agreed to this. quefueve and Vinh_Kin.
As long as I get the full amount paid back in an understandable timeframe, I don't have a problem with the user being unbanned. On a side note, this called my attention: I didn't receive a cent back from healy299, he/she wouldn't even respond to the PMs I sent right after I paid $40,000 for the $10 Gift Card. I don't appreciate this sort of fake allegations made to try to get a user unbanned without evidence, user who -by the way- isn't even supporting this claim...
I understand how you feel quefueve and believe me I have no intention of taking that into account as if he had repaid the funds he would not be banned. Thanks for agreeing to this now we just have to wait for Vinh_Kin to agree with this, if vinh_kin agree to this then the user will be unbanned and we will decide on a reasonable time frame in which the full amount will be need to paid back to both users.
