Minecraft Username: OmniCrafter Reason:You have been banned from EcoCityCraft for Nether grief at spawn. Counter-Reason: Hi, I made an egregious mistake in making a lava wall. In retrospect, it is obviously a very dumb idea. Even worse I put it in a place that was not OK and violated the Nether rule. I will certainly never build another lava wall. My apologies to the mods, whose time was wasted, and to the community, who had lava go into the spawn zone. I have reread the rules and will be sure to follow them. Sincerely, Omni Per the wiki http://www.ecocitycraft.com/wiki/index.php?title=Server_Rules#Clause_II:_Nether There is only one rule regarding grief in the nether which is to leave spawn intact. PS I made this as a new thread because it said I didn't have the authority to reply on the other thread. Not sure why it did that.
Hello Omnicrafter, I am glad you wish to appeal. I suggest not building with lava/water near the spawn in the mining world, or the nether. I suggest this, as you never know how far it may flow, and we do not want issue's like this happening again. While we wait for a Smod+ I want you to review our servers rules, and make sure you fully understand them all. The rules can be found here. From what I can see you already know what rule you broke, however here it is again: ~pbrassat17 ECC Moderator Left unlocked for Smod+
Thanks for appealing! I do not care if you make a lava wall, but please do so a safe distance away from spawn. I hope you consider this a lesson, and that you will be more careful in the future when it comes to spawn areas. Make sure you reread the server rules, and go over all the griefing rules in particular. The Nether griefing rules are listed below. Temporarily banned for 2 days. Leaving it up to andrewkm to decide whether or not to revoke Nether permissions.
