I am not finding any ban records for account, and it does not say that you are banned in-game. Have you tried logging in?
It seems as though on December 19, 2012 you were banned for Vulgar Language. Andrew has done a cleanup of server files recently which most likely removed your ban reason. Since you have not appealed for this, I will have you reappeal with an apology and the reason "Vulgar Language" as per this complaint.
