Dear Im_Disrespected , I am happy to see that you have decided to appeal your ban, however scamming is taken very seriously on EcoCityCraft and so far I do not see sufficient evidence presented here to prove that you did not scam, whereas there is satisfactory evidence already presented against you. Please note; That could be any kind of sword in that chest, and you have not shown any indication of said sword actually being taken from the chest by the party you were supposed to trade with. I am going to leave this thread unlocked so that you may come forward with additional evidence to prove your case. How can i prove anything now? im banned lol. He has proof of him sending the cash and thats it. He then has proof of him asking for sword were i provide proof its in his chest that he locked. i can only put stuff in it and not take it out so it would still be in there
You could ask Revanrose6 who i asked if my sword was no doubt a real melon sword and how i asked him what they are worth. He is a mod.
So is this a perma ban? his proof lacks and evidence that i didnt put the sword in there. he has proof him just saying where is the sword which anyone can do, i have proof of the sword in the chest and took a pic of the chest in his gouse too.
If anyone wanted someone banned all they would have to do is ask someone where is my item i just bought and pay them some gold, and they would get that person banned, kinda super bs in my opnion
This is not the first time you have been banned for scamming someone. I have checked the contents of the chest you claim to have put the "melon sword" in and both swords are NOT melon swords. During both cases of you scamming other users that I decided to take my time to handle, you have failed to supply me with sufficient evidence to support your case. Know that by applying for ranks on this server, that you agree to follow our server rules and by what I've seen in your actions in the past few days it is apparent that you have not. There is no excuse for your actions and trying to cover up your story with lies will not help you get anywhere on this server. I am denying your appeal as you seem to not care about our rules and only want to ruin the playing experience of our users. I expect you to READ and UNDERSTAND all our rules before re-appealing and if this continues you can expect much more severe action taken against you. Denied.
