You and thestaticage98 both have the same IPs, yes. As well as thestaticage98 is currently serving a tempban for a ban here reccently appealed a little over a day ago. So as of this point in time I can not believe you unless you appeal from your hom IP if you are in fact a different person. As of now, that is the way it stands, if you are not thestaticage98, you will have no problem to appeal back at your house on a different IP network. When you have done so, then you may post a new ban appeal. Denied & Locked
