Code: Minecraft Username:TheStaticAge98 Reason:for saying "[Mod Edit]" Counter-Reason: I was banned for saying the word [Mod Edit] apparently it's a racial slur I was banned by zardgyer but he did not warn me that this was a racial slur I had no knowledge of this word being a racial slur therefore I should've been warned before being banned and I do not think I deserve to be. I will not say this word anymore I now know it is a racial slur I did not know before and I should have been explained to by zard Evidence:u can ask austinplaneguy frenchhornplayer They were there with me and saw it with me other than that none
Casual swear words we would warn for, unless extreme or spammed, or etc. Derogatory comments or racial slurs there is no warning for, since there is no valid reason for you to be using them, and no other meaning to the word beyond purring down some section, or sub-section, of humanity. If you are unsure what this word really means, then Urban Dictionary will certainly enlighten you. It is not a staff member's job to ensure you know what you said was wrong, and putting that blame on the moderator for not telling you it was such a slur is not a reason I would consider for unbanning you in this case. The fact that you used the word again in your appeal (and I edited out) is another reason I will not be unbanning you. Please take responsibility for your own actions, and apologize for them. Until then, appeal denied.
