Minecraft Username: Orangekh Reason: harassment Counter-Reason: I am so confused. My son is 10 years old and made a mistake yesterday and got banned for griefing. He rebuilt it and learned his lesson and the ban was lifted. Now today he is trying to play and the mayor of skwistown where he has property by his best friend kicked him out of town. He was trying to find out why and got banned again for this harassment charge. He made a mistake the first time and learned his lesson, but this is ridiculous. I just bough him $100.00 worth of money on this game. Why is this mayor being so mean and not willing to work with a child? He just wants to play with his friend and never cause problems again. Hello orangekh (parent), I was the person who issued the ban. Your son had griefed this mayor’s town and been banned from that town and the server as a result. After his server ban was lifted. The mayor of that town (as is his right) choose to keep the town ban in place. Orangekh disputed this with the mayor. The mayor kept his position on the town ban and asked orangekh to leave the town. Orangekh refused to leave which is in violation of server rules. He kept refusing for no small period of time before the mayor asked for myself to come by and enforce his decision. I now asked him at least four times, with him refusing each time, before I forced tped him to the server spawn. Your son now went back to the town again. I once again after asking him to leave, and him refusing, forced tped him back to spawn. Your son now went back yet again and kept demanding to be let back in by the mayor. I now forced tped him back to spawn and kicked him from the server with the reason. “Don’t go back to that town.” Your son did not listen and went back again, asking to be let back in. I now forced tped him back to spawn and kicked him again with the reason. “Don’t go back to that town. Last chance” He this time did not go back to the town, but started pming the mayor to be let back in. The mayor filed a complaint and I banned him for harassment. I can see why you are upset about this. But the mayor of that town was breaking no rules by governing his town how he wants. Your son simply could not be allowed to keep harassing the mayor any longer. As by the time I made the ban this had been dragging out for over a half hour. While it’s not up to me, I hope your son is unbanned and allowed to play ECC again. But I want you to make sure he understands the rules and follows them.
I will downgrade this to a 1 day temp ban. Please go over ECC's server rules with Orangekh to ensure that so such issues arise ever again. We expect those who play here to all follow the same guidelines, and to listen when a member of the moderator staff asks them to stop, or gives them direction in how to resolve a situation.
