Minecraft Username:uonnre Reason:sent hatefull and offensive to t_bone Counter-Reason: got myself i zombie spawner and was afking at it and by afking i mean going to fb. i didn't leave my computer. and during a afk period t_bone destroyed it. i understand that its allowed. but i sent him several angry /mails. i do apologize for the mails i sent i then asked a mod. name started with raven if telling some one that i wished death upon them is illegal with which they told me no. as long as i didn't curse. which i didnt. i have no proof for i dont screen shot every little thing i do and or say. ive been a faithful payer on this server for over a year now and i feel like i should be unbanned for i was told by a mod theat i didnt do anything illeagal. and to be banned for doing something not illegal doesnt make any sense. and for what i sent to t_bones it was out of rage. that the reason i sent it. going through alot of stuff at home and this broke me. im normally a nice guy on the server. Evidence: none.
There is rage, and then there is including someone's family and/or children. I'm going to leave this up to t_bone to see if he wishes to forgive you so quickly for the hurtful things you said, and threatened.
What you said was horrible and nobody should have to read it. The fact that you asked a mod a question and didn't give them a context for the situation in search of justification tells me that you were looking for a loophole. As far as the ban goes, I banned you for what you said due to it's severity and that does make sense. Regardless of your emotional state of mind at the time it was not called for and completely beyond any sense of decency, It was hurtful and mean. The fact that you are a "faithful payer" does not exempt you from the rules. I the top donator on this server am no more above the rules then you are. You can serve a 24 hour tempban during which time you should consider just what you think is appropriate to say to other people. If you have problems outside of ECC I suggest you find a healthy outlet as doing so on the server in this manner will not be tolerated. Locked
