After looking through all of the evidence, I do think that you're telling the truth. It seems as this ban was just a misunderstanding between you, joshual and the mods. That being said, in the future, make sure to inform joshual what you are taking down, as may not of thought that you had owned said building as he is rebuilding it right now. well delucaco joshuals chests were in that building but he did not own the plot they were in, i let joshual use the stone brick tower for storing his items and i dont know how i would be able to break a locked chest of his

That is not true I took that building a long time ago and gave you notice That tower was mine for a long time you greofed the ladders so I couldn't get my furnaces From the second floor.
I truly believe that you previously owned the plot, but this is just off of your claims. If the future, it would be nice to have proof that you gave him permission to put his chests there. I always check whether or not there is a name on the plot/ created blocks showing they built the building. In your case, the logblock logs were emptied out and I couldn't check who built it. This will mostly be a warning to joshual1996 as owners of the plot have permission to tear down their plot. In the future, make sure to place sign/ locked chests to identify that you own the plot. You will be unbanned as this seems to be a huge mistake, and you have provided a reasonable explanation as to why this occurred. As Delucaco has linked for you, please reread the rules.
