Minecraft Username: Dragonephobe Reason: I was banned for allegedly removing reivax from mayor to his town and "griefing" Counter-Reason: i removed reivax because i thought he was perm banned due to XP exploit, which was at similar time, i was later informed by zardgyer that this was not so, and that it was a temporary ban, as he wished to avoid this, i forgot, because i am human, to re-add reivax, and in the case of griefing? i was hired to build his town, i did not like what i built so i removed it, i then began to fill in his towns flooring with dirt as a favor to him, but if favors get me banned, let no person ever receive another from me, i'm through being nice. Evidence: i have no evidence, as i cannot get in the server, however you can ask nickla3107 whom i asked to help me remove what i had built and place flooring, again as a FAVOR, i am very annoyed about this, and from now on not a single favor shall be given from me, and reivax is to blame.
:3 he did say that and wanted to expand it more as he said he didnt have a " final idea in mind and wanted to make it bigger" and he asked me to help just after the 9hr rollback so when i asked about the town he said the owner was perm banned for exp exploit. after we found out it was temp i donated my own dirt to help him make the town bigger. i didnt know at the time and dragonephobe just asked me help him.. :3 just a big confusing mess tbh
deny, plus he originally said that it was amazing of what he have built, and he was continuing what he is doing, but after I got banned, he destroyed every-thnig, and even though I was banned, I never said I will let he be co owner, since he is only working for me, but he removed every player in the town without asking the people in the town. (He cleared the stuff he built when I was banned, but no when I aren't)
Oh, and when zard inform him, he is still online for alot more hours, he can repair the town back then, but he didn't, I assume that it's also a action of lying.
Also, theres only thing got removed, no dirt or any thing was builded after on, and I never ask him to do anything, also, as a player that don't have control to the town but got hired, he should ask the owner to do anything but not by himself, if he don't like what he did, he should ask me before removing (everything)
And I will have to get back every materials in his chest at my town, cause I provided it and paid for it.
of course your going to deny but i just feel sorry for dragon because he really thought you were gone and the structure was massive so he couldn't rebuild it. but you did hire him and he was confused by the exp exploit and alot was gone cause of rollback anyway... just my opinion as a friend of dragon. and im sure he will rebuild it for you if hes unbanned.
i can tell you know atleast 20 stacks of dirt was added... and builded isn't a word. Also he couldn't ask you? why cause you were banned... mabey if you hadnt been banned none of this would of happened..
This whole problem sounds like a mass confusion over the whole exp exploit that happened to be at the same time that reivax227 got banned. It may have been a simple human-error thing where dragonephone may have jumped to conclusions without knowing the whole story. I will request a rollback of the town and see if andrew accepts the rollback. I cannot be positive that the rollback will occur but while we wait for the rollback to be processed, dragonephobe will remain banned. Upon the rollback being accepted/denied I will reply to this thread and we will go from there. dragonephobe
I would like to say that I was there when Phoebe said in the chat that he thought that reivax was one of the people banned from the exploit, heck even I thought he was since I typed /seen and it said he was banned. Not picking favorites but Phoebe just made an honest misjudgement.
While we're on the topic of town misunderstandings, I would like to take a second to point out the following rules regarding eviction of users from a town, specifically the following quote, but I think before you become unbanned you should become familiar with our entire Towns and Nations section of the rules. (reading all the rules while you're there is always a good idea too ) There is no reason all the residents should have been removed from that town abruptly. Vid and I discussed issuing you a separate ban for doing so, but I recommended against it so long as when the rest of this is sorted out, you come back to the server with an understanding of these particular rules. dragonephobe
