So, little did I know the creative money making job I conjured up is actuallly "illegal" according to the server. Well, first of all I did in fact go through the tutorial. Expecially after this incident I proceeded to go through the tutorial 2 more times just to double check myself. It does not say anywhere that I cannot "scam" people out of there virtual money. The server does say that there are several ways to make money and does not exclude this. Now if these rules are posted on the wiki then it is hidden and one of those "fine print" rules that actually scam people. To prevent this the people can go to the market and sell/buy stuff there or they can set up temporary [trade] signs. at there plot or house Scamming is not possible through trade signs as the buyer should be previously aware of costs and whatnot. Secondly, I do not understand how I am banned to begin with. After the transaction with jason1964 I was later harrassed by someone else who I think actually banned me. This person who that did the communication for Jason1964 I believe was a server host, moderator, creator or whatever they are called. I actually do not appreciate being harrassed for something that was not illegal and especially from someone I did not do anything to. The server needs to communicate to the players to suggest and persuade them to use trade signs in-game rather than using some flawed system.
Hello watumpka, I was the one who banned you. You were in no way making money “creatively”. You were scamming which is against the server rules. Here is the link to that part of the rules. Here is the complaints in which the needed evidence was provided against you. One complaint. Two complaint. I even gave you 48 hours to right your wrong. I could have given you nothing and banned you when the first complaint was made on Wednesday. I was not harassing you, I was making it clear you had 48 hours to either refund Jason or give him the diamonds. You ignored me when I tried talking to you and when I sent in game mail. I suggest you read all the server rules. When you applied for resident you agreed you did. From this we can see you did not. You need to read them all now. The tutorial is just that, it is not the rules. This is denied. When you can admit to your wrongs you may appeal again. Denied, Locked
