Minecraft Username: joshual1996 Reason: i was banned for trolling, blackmail, denial of wrong doings, moderator disrespect, and moderator disregard Counter-Reason: ok DFat banned me and he went on global chat and said that i stole from him and should never be trusted. A super admin whent on the global chat a said that what DFat was doing was wrong. so i pm'ed him and asked to apologize and i would drop the whole thing and thats when i got banned. I know i was wrong for talking to him and i promise if i get unbanned that it will never happen again. Evidence: everyone one between 2:30 and 3:00 am eastern time
You also did not drop the subject in global when asked, and have been being generally difficult all night. You have not properly touched on the fact that you blackmailed, where you basically told DFat to apologize or you would report him, and then changed your tune that apologizing would only slightly influence your decision to report. At one point you threatened legal action in global as well, and that's not taken lightly around here. I'm not taking either side when it comes to who was more wrong, but I'm telling you you have to make a better appeal than this. I advise you to not only read up on our server rules but also our general disclaimer. After you've done so feel free to make a second appeal and own up to everything. Locked.
