Well, I am guessing the "illegal texture pack" was X-ray. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe they do not unban for using X-ray, or it is very rare they do. I wish you the best of luck on your appeal, but please don't use this kind of stuff. Clearly you will mostlikly be caught at one point. Would you rather bring in a couple more diamonds, and risk being banned, or would you like to mine legit and have a great time on ECC? I know what I would want! Have a good day.
