Minecraft Username: sup3rk3p3r Reason: Racism Toward other players Counter-Reason: Last night we were playing and only one mod was on (i think it was sky) and sheathok said something like "guys sky is AFK everyone say whatever you want" and I responded "I can say anything and not be banned?" and sky said "you can say whatever you want but you might be banned" and i did not want to be banned so i pm'd sheathok as a joke and included every race i could think of (including my own) so as to try and make it look like a joke and said something I should not have said. I feel terrible about it. Even if I am still banned I want to apologize to sheathok and anyone else who saw the complaint he posted. It was stupid and I should not have done it. I was working for harryhaz1 and he can vouch that I am a player who was just trying to make the money to become a resident and I never said anything like this to him. I am truly sorry. I'm pretty sure I never said "might", there was no "might" about it. All rules are in effect whether the server is lagging or not, and what you said is not okay in global, local or PMs, it doesn't matter if I'm the only moderator and I'm afk for a minute or not. Take a read over the rules and know that they're in effect all the time, even when someone jokingly says otherwise. Supermod will address your ban shortly. Unlocked for supermod response.
I understand that I am not trying to argue that what I did was ok because it was not. I just want the chance to play on this server again because it was a lot of fun. I will never do this again.
I just want everyone who reads this to know that what he described happened did not actually happen as he described it. Just saying
When I said "might be banned" I meant based on what I said. If I said "Looking for a job pm me" then I probably wouldn't have been banned. Other than that I am not sure what is inaccurate about what I said. Also as I said I am really sorry. I know what I said to you was awful and I really wish I hadn't done it.
I thought it was a joke but it clearly was not funny. I will NEVER do this again I feel terrible. This server is honestly enjoyable and I am just pleading for one more chance. If you give me another chance nothing like this will ever happen again I promise. This is not the kind of person I am.
