Minecraft Username: DubZies Reason: First of all, this was on vent. I was watching a video on youtube about how scientists have discovered a blackhole hurdling through space at 2,000 km/h and then I was telling everyone about it. I was watching the video so honestly, I didn't know who was in the chat room. I had been in the vent channel though for awhile so it's not like I came in and started to screw around with people, because then I would be deserving of this. Anyway, I heard someone say how there are tons of blackholes all over and my story was rather...not cool bro. Anyway, I replied with "Yeah black holes aren't that important........unless we are referring to the one on your Mom! OOOooohhh. Haha I'm just joking man." It was a simple joke which I'm pretty sure everyone understood. I did not mean it to be offensive in anyway, shape or form, but I can understand it was rather immature. I switched back to vent right after the video finished to noticed wewinagain was the one I had just "insulted". He simply said "everyone say goodbye to DubZies" then I was banned from vent for trolling an admin. SMH. Counter-Reason: I guess that my joke was too harsh? I don't know. Considering the "mom" jokes have been used so often I think everyone should know there all just for play. Evidence: Sitomo and newarrior as well as some other people were in vent at the time, but I don't know what they can say besides wewin took the joke too seriously and banned me.
I'm denying this appeal. And for good reason. First things first, I as I was reading the post I asked everyone in the channel if I said "the story is not cool bro" like you said in the post. They confirmed I did not. Secondly, you tried to troll me via making fun of my mother, I don't believe I've ever actually had a conversation with you, so I don't see how you think that's okay. Thirdly no where in this appeal did you actually apologize for what you did. AND AFTER ALL THAT, I was still going to consider unbanning you to give you a chance. But, than there is this. The bottom line is this was blatant trolling and disrespect to staff, and you obviously arn't taking any responsibility for what you did, and therefor you will not be unbanned from ventrilo.
