Main server Reason of Ban Use of Xray Rule Violated Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users. Please explain This rule means, very fairly, that no player should have any unfair exploitative advantage over another. Reason: I would like to start by apologizing to all of the moderators and developers who have worked so hard to make this server as great as it is. I know that if I were in your shoes, I would be rather disappointed. In fact, I myself am disappointed to have let myself stoop to such a level of exploitation and cheating. I recognize that what I did was unfair to other players and deserves a just punishment. There are a few reasons I feel I should be unbanned. The first is my dedication to the server. Despite my plain and distinct cheating, I have shown my support of the server through my other actions, and look forward to continuing to do so in the future. I have purchased over $100 dollars in donation features for myself and others; being a poor college student, money is not a matter I take lightly. In addition, I have recruited some of my closest friends to join ECC, most notably @CreepyRose , who is both my best friend and my girlfriend. She can tell you exactly how much I love this server and wish to continue playing it. Many of our Skype dates are spent on ECC building our town together. The second reason is my lack of previous offenses. I have never been banned before, let alone had any player complaint filed against me. This experience already has been troubling (despite the incident having occured less than twenty-four hours ago) for my conscience, and I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that it has changed my view of fairness and responsibility. Third, and most importantly, I have completely uninstalled the X-Ray modification from my Minecraft launcher. I hope this screenshot of my most recent client launch will help show my renewed dedication to a fair Minecraft experience. Thank you for taking the time to read my ban appeal.
