Main Server- banned October 24, about 1:50 pm EST.

Reason of Ban:

Attempting to kill in a non pvp zone (hurt miniclh with flint and steel in the mining world after teleporting to him/her)


Rule violated:

Clause 2 - Mining World

• 
  
  • Using any means (including water and fire/lava) to grief any protected area in the mining world (which can include protected warps and the main Mining World spawn) is not allowed.
  • Legacy/Rising rules apply to all areas of the mining world, including trolling rules.
    • As the mining world is not PvP enabled, this includes rules about attempts to kill players in this world, no matter what the reason.
  • Please keep in mind that the mining world does not allow LWC locks, and therefore anything you leave in chests in that world is free for all.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

Never to use features or any other method to kill a player in a zone where it is not allowed. This is not at all tolerated whether it is accidental and out of lack of care about those around you (my situation) or just trying to kill a player to make them upset as a form of harassment, to take their items, or for any reason whatsoever. If you believe a player should not be where they are or they need to die in the m mining world for any reason, you should contact staff rather than taking it into your own hands, as this will keep you from breaking the rule and thus you cannot be in trouble for this. The reason it was worse in my case is because I accidentally harmed a player with a donation feature, which could be considered feature abuse, and if the need be I am willing to have the features pyro and pyro+ deducted from my /mydonations.


Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:

Let me start by saying that I did not lie once in my last appeal, what I did was entirely accidental. As I do feel perhaps a little insulted that you thought I tried to kill a player and stated that I did , that will be a point in this appeal. I understand how you could think that, but with all due respect, you are wrong in this case, although I absolutely see where I could have changed my ways to prevent this, this IS about me, not about the staff. It's me that did the crime, so here's my recount and apology for the occurrence below.

I've explained the incident quite well in my previous appeal. To summarize, I teleported to mini to see what was up just for fun, tried to light the cave with kit pyro+ and ended up setting the user on fire. I am absolutely sorry for setting mini on fire. I feel very guilty of doing this as I just learned by idkhowtoplay (not sure if I'm allowed to tag) that the user had a star tool on them, which is very expensive and almost irreplaceable. I completelt understand that I must use my features more carefully from now on. If the need be due to trust issues, feel free to remove my feature.

I openly admit to harming a user in mining with a feature and there is no denying this. And although I never intentionally lit the user, it is my responsibility to use the features properly. Idkhowtoplay, do you really think that I am dumb enough to think I could get away with killing a mod in mining? Well, I believe I'm not, and I'd be quite surprised if anyone else thought so. Please excuse me if that sounded rude, I didn't mean it. I'm just trying to express how I feel in perhaps the staff could have looked at the situation. Regardless, however, it's not the staff's issue to monitor me using my features correctly and cautiously. if it was accidental or not, it was my fault the player lost health and risked losing their tool. I have served punishments for my lack of care in using my features, and I am absolutely sorry to miniclh, the community, and the staff that have to take time to review my appeal and either deny or accept it. My apologies for the end result of the user catching fire, and although I disagree slightly with the way it was handled, I will never do it again because it is my responsibility to use my features for good-with great power, comes great responsibiliy. Feel free once again to remove the feature to prevent it from happening again. If it's possible, I hope to be unbanned and apologize to mini for setting fire to him. It will never happen again, to anyone, no matter the circumstances. I promise and give my word to you all. In conclusion, the matter of the fact is I harmed another user and risked them using their valuables. Whether I did it accidentally on purpose is beyond the defect of the matter- the fact that I broke the rule and caused a commotion like this is the reason I am banned- and the reason I'm sorry to everyone for making this all happen. If I am unbanned, as I said, I will continue to try to be more careful with my features (unless you wish to take pyro+ away from me due to this reoccurring issue) and be more cautious in general. I will also apologize to anyone affected by the rule I broke.
