First, you owe me not 70k, but 105k as per this lovely binding contract you signed. http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-tdoggtl.134903/ As you can see in the contract you ow 5k per day late for 1 week, and spence you payed me nothing for over 3 weeks, you ow on top of the 70k an additional 35k in late fees totaling 105k that I will take from you with a happy heart, knowing that your paying me 1.55 times what I loaned you Second, you abused your nick name donation feature to scam me, and if at all possible I believe it should be taken away from you. 3rd, you spelled my name wrong and forgot to tag me. which to me, on top of loan scamming me as a builder shows some lack of effort. @TdoggTL Based on your response to the complaint SCgenesis filed on you, which was no response as well as your absolute refusal to acknowledge that you owed anything to SCGenesis despite the contract I will be denying your appeal for lack of effort. Scamming is wrong, and against the rules. Not owning up to the fact that you did owe money and would not admit it until you were banned for it solidifies my decision that you're not actually that sorry about it. Denied
