External products may be mentioned, so long as they are not being advertised. Other Minecraft servers may not be mentioned under any circumstance. Any advertisement that is allowed on the server in any form (including, but not limited to, in-game related items/trades, store advertisements, or personal livestreams that are completely and only EcoCityCraft related) must go into our Trade Channel, and must always abide by our trade channel rules for length and repetition. Clause 1 - Griefing Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you. Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here: Grief Report and Rollback Request If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town. When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback. Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief. Please see Section 7 for rules regarding grief in the Aether, Nether and Mining World. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: It means that you shouldn't grief other people's things. You also shouldn't advertise things that aren't EcoCityCraft related. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I realize that it was stupid of me to grief and advertise. I shouldn't have griefed and advertised. I promise that I'll never grief and advertise again. I'm sorry that I was advertising and griefing in Concordia.
If a mod thinks this is irrelevant, please feel free to delete this. I just wanted to point out that you broke, but were not punished for, my town's eviction rules, which state that the player that is being evicted must have been offline for at least 2 weeks, and then you must give the player a 1 week+ notification. If 2 players own the plot, then they must both be offline for 2 weeks, and have a 1 week+ notification. The private farm that was griefed was owned by @crimson_goddess who, at the time, had been offline for less than 2 days. The other house that you had attempted to sell was owned by @cantewalrus and @adamnil01, both of which had been offline for less than a week. You also gave none of these players a notification about the eviction. Before I gave you co-mayor, I had you agree to not break any rules or abuse your town staff powers. I actually have screenshots of you agreeing to this, but as I am not on my computer right now, I can't post them. Before you get back on Ecc, I really would like you to think about all this. Hello @eiopio, I am glad to see you have decided to appeal, however I am going to need you to include a lot more effort in your appeal, in order for me to unban you. Advertising is a serious offence and ontop of that you destroyed a farm. You need to convince me that you should be allowed back, as of right now this appeal doesn't.
